Jesus Christ

He loves YOU. Jesus Christ is God’s son who came to earth to save us from our sins. He lived a sinless life, even though he was tempted in every way, and willingly offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for everyone’s sins by dying on a cross. He proved his power over sin and death by rising from the dead after three days. Not long after his resurrection, Jesus went back up to Heaven and promised to come back. We can only receive salvation through Jesus Christ.

John 3:16, one of the most famous scriptures, illustrates just this, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only son. That whoever believes in Him, will not perish but have everlasting life.”

His Love

Salvation is a free gift from God. We can’t get it by doing good things or trying to become a better person. The death of Jesus Christ on the cross is the only acceptable payment for our sins. Everyone has sinned, but everyone can be saved.
(John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:26-28; Acts 2:39; Romans 3:23)

How can I respond to his love?
  • Admit
  • Believe
  • Confess

Admit

Admit that you are a sinner born into sin. Sin is refusing to acknowledge God’s authority over your life. Anyone who doesn’t live a life of perfect obedience to the Lord is guilty of sin.
